About

Owner of Wildeness Art Bob Adams has been in the woodworking business for over thirty years - from house framing down to fine detail carpentry. Working with wood has become a way of life for Bob.

After having spent a great deal of time learning and using woodworking tools Bob then moved into the area of woodcarving, or as some call it wood sculpting. During a four month mountain climbing trip to Alaska and back, while enjoying leisure time at camp, Bob decided to do some whittling. And from that day on, for Bob there would be no limit to what could be done with a few carving tools and a little imagination. From small scale wildlife miniatures to life size all natural wood animals, from wooden cups and bowls to functional pieces of all shapes and sizes. The possibilities are as open as the sky and infinite space above.
